These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website varshakrishi.com and the products and services offered by VarshaKrishi Udhyog Private Limited ("VarshaKrishi", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Products and Services

VarshaKrishi designs, manufactures, and sells smart agriculture IoT systems including sensor nodes, gateways, and associated software. Our products are currently available on a pre-order basis.

2. Pre-Orders and Payment

• All product prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Pre-orders require an advance payment as specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
• Pricing is subject to change. Pre-order pricing is locked at the time of your order confirmation.
• We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and other methods as communicated during the ordering process.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules and your location.
• Standard shipping within India is free for orders above ₹50,000.
• Installation support is available remotely via video call and documentation. On-site installation can be arranged at additional cost.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• You may return products within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged during transit.
• Returns due to defects will be processed with a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the user are not eligible for returns.
• Pre-order cancellations made more than 30 days before the expected shipping date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

5. Product Warranty

• All VarshaKrishi hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
• The warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims should be submitted via email to contact@varshakrishi.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

6. Data Subscription Service

• The VarshaKrishi data analytics dashboard is provided as a subscription service billed monthly.
• Subscription fees are as listed on our products page and may be updated with 30 days' advance notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Your IoT devices will continue to collect data locally even if the subscription is cancelled. Cloud syncing and dashboard access require an active subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, code, and design — is the intellectual property of VarshaKrishi Udhyog Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• VarshaKrishi provides agricultural data and insights as advisory tools. We do not guarantee specific crop yields, water savings, or financial outcomes.
• Farming decisions based on our data and recommendations are made at the farmer's sole discretion and risk.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription in question.

9. Website Use

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• We make no guarantees that our website will be available at all times without interruption.
• External links on our website are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
